■Features
We perform atomization (emulsification, dispersion, crushing, and disintegration) using the “shear force of fluid friction” using our proprietary technology FFS (fluid friction method). This method minimizes cavitation (void/boiling phenomenon) caused by the sudden drop in pressure immediately after passing through the nozzle, contributing to uniformity and stabilization of particles in prototypes and new products.
In addition, the Systemizer Mini (demonstration machine) and Systemizer (mass production machine) share the same main parts and structures, so it is possible to mass-produce prototypes and new products researched and developed by the Mini without stress.
- Standardization of main parts and structures. Processing flow rate: Available from 400ml/min to 6,000ml/min
