About This Product

■Features

One of the challenges for researchers and developers involved in nanotechnology is the homogenization and stabilization of poorly soluble substances and particles. When a substance is reduced to the molecular level, its properties change. Despite its compact size of W550 x D470 x H1,148 mm, Systemizer Mini uses the unique technology FFS (Fluid Friction Method) to atomize (emulsify, disperse, crush, and disintegrate) using the "shear force of fluid friction". We handle everything from prototypes to mass production. ・The operation procedure can be completed in just 5 steps from sample input to operation stop. ・Atomization processing is performed according to the number of passes, which reduces energy loss and contributes to improved productivity. ・A lineup with scale-up in mind.
