About This Product

■Applications

Painting, degreasing, chemical conversion, heating in hot water washing tank, plating tank liquid heating, cleaning water heating, and various other liquid heating for painting and plating pre-treatment lines. Features

■Super energy saving type

It has high heat exchange efficiency, and because it heats the tank directly without using piping like conventional steam heating, there is no transportation loss or drain loss, and energy savings of 20% to 30% can be achieved.

■Small and compact, can be installed anywhere

By adopting a special combustion technology, the combustion chamber volume is approximately 1/10 that of conventional products, making the burner more compact. Since the overall heat transfer coefficient is more than three times higher than that of conventional products, the heat transfer tube is a single thin tube, which does not take up much space in the tank and can be easily installed.

■Easy to operate

It can be started and stopped with one ON-OFF button. Additionally, by installing a temperature regulator, you can keep the liquid temperature constant.

■Automatic start and stop possible

By incorporating a timer and the minimum necessary safety devices, the problem of premature exit is eliminated.
