About This Product
■Lead relay
TOWARD RELAYS™ has been designing and manufacturing reed relays for over 20 years. We focus on continuous quality improvement to ensure low and stable resistance values for each reed relay. We also focus on developing high load voltage and high load current capabilities.
LRL series reed relays can load voltages up to 20,000V, TMR series reed relays carry 20 amps of current, and can withstand pulsed currents up to 30 amps. Furthermore, in response to the increasing need for smaller relays on semiconductor test boards where PCB space is limited, we have developed a multi-channel standing reed relay called the VN series to fully meet customer needs. I was able to meet it. In addition to our own specifications, we have a fully automated production line for ATE grade reed relays in our manufacturing facility, with a monthly production capacity of 2,000,000 pieces.
■Shielded instrument grade
Check out our shielded, instrument-grade reed relays designed for the needs of test and measurement applications. With over 30 years of manufacturing and industrial experience, these relays feature optional shielding to minimize unwanted interference and ensure a clear and stable signal.
Ideal for a variety of applications where precision is important. It operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -45°C to 125°C, demonstrating sustained performance and stability. Whether your task requires 50Ω impedance or you have specific frequency requirements, our relays stand out as reliable choices, always offering reliable quality and durability.
■Details of BF-1A-***
This reed relay has a normally open contact arrangement, 250VDC withstand voltage and 1A current carrying capacity, and a PCB through-hole design. Unlike semiconductor or electromechanical relays, this reed relay offers excellent insulation resistance and low leakage current, making it ideal for the test and measurement market. This relay is fully sealed to ensure maximum durability and prevent wear and oxidation.
