About This Product

■ Belt drive, suitable for a wide range of applications SRH type water ring vacuum pump/combined exhaust systemUnosawa's "SRH type vacuum pump" is a high-performance water ring vacuum pump developed using our unique technology. The SRH type vacuum pump has the simplest operating method with one compression per revolution, and has many functional advantages. Since it is a water seal type, it is possible to suck water and steam. If larger capacity or high vacuum is required, you can select the TAH type or TAK type composite exhaust system that combines a mechanical booster.

■Simple structureThere are no mechanical contact parts inside the gas flow, so there is no need for internal lubrication. The rotor is the only rotating object inside the pump, so there is almost no need for maintenance.

■High efficiencyThis vacuum pump is a single-action type that suctions and discharges once per revolution, so it can operate with low noise. In addition, since the inner surface of the casing is completely circular, there is no loss due to turbulence of water flow, and the structure is cavitation-free even in high vacuum ranges of 13.3kPa (100Torr) or higher, maintaining stable and high performance.

■Support for special materialsThe standard materials are the rotor and casing made of cast iron (FCD450, FC250) and the shaft made of stainless steel (SUS402J2). If you are dealing with corrosive gases, please contact us as it can be made of stainless steel (SCS13/SCS14).

■Excellent shaft sealThe standard shaft seal is a gland packing with a gunmetal gland. Also, since a shaft sleeve is used, it has sufficient durability against corrosion and wear. Upon request, the shaft seal can be made into a mechanical seal.

■Applications・For dehydration, evaporation, distillation and drying in the food and chemical industries
・Vacuum source for dehydration filters, vacuum casting, vacuum deodorization, etc.
・For priming large centrifugal pumps, suction pumps for medical equipment
・For dewatering in the paper industry
