The Unosawa ARJ type three-leaf rotary blower is a roots-type blower developed based on our extensive experience and track record. The ARJ type blower uses a three-lobed rotor and is a product that brings together our technologies to achieve high performance, low noise, and low vibration.
This series of blowers is highly standardized and can be used at a wide range of stable pressures, from low to high. Additionally, we will select the most suitable mechanical seal for the shaft seal of the blower for special gases.
Furthermore, by adopting the reverse flow cooling method based on our proprietary technology, you can safely use a single-stage vacuum pump with a suction pressure of up to -65kPa, and a single-stage blower with a discharge pressure of up to 120kPa.

The ARJ type rotary blower has the features of a simple structure, oil-free properties that do not contaminate the handled gas, constant airflow characteristics against pressure fluctuations, and high efficiency. ■Advantages of three-leaf rotor
At the moment the rotor leaf ends reach the discharge port, the high pressure gas on the discharge side flows back into the casing and is compressed. The main cause of blower noise is the sudden pressure change caused by this backflow compression. In the case of a three-leaf rotor, the period of pressure fluctuation is 2/3 that of a two-leaf rotor, and the maximum pressure peak value is also reduced.
Furthermore, it has a special structure designed to minimize the amplitude of pressure fluctuations. As a result, the backflow compression of the blower is performed smoothly, reducing noise.
