About This Product

Light and compact air-cooled dry vacuum pump." The highly durable roots type has a long maintenance cycle and can also exhaust water vapor.

■The technology of the small Roots type dry vacuum pump has further evolved.

The Unosawa KTS type dry vacuum pump is a newly developed dry vacuum pump that aims to be a "light and compact air-cooled dry pump" based on our extensive experience and track record with conventional dry vacuum pumps. A new concept dry vacuum pump that boasts the highest performance, reliability, and quietness.

■Air-cooled type

It can be easily installed anywhere without the need for cooling water.

■Lightweight and compact

We have created a light and compact pump by using aluminum alloy as the main material.

■Low vibration/low noise

The rotor, which is a rotating body, is perfectly balanced and has a built-in silencer to eliminate exhaust noise.

■Clean vacuum

Since this is a multi-stage Roots type vacuum pump with no sliding parts inside the pump, a clean vacuum can be obtained without back-diffusion of oil or generation of particles.

■Water vapor exhaust

The flush air mechanism (atmospheric purge) allows water vapor to be exhausted without any moisture remaining inside the pump. Can be used for applications such as vacuum drying.

■Long maintenance cycle

Since there are no sliding parts inside the pump, stable operation is possible for long periods of time. This allows for longer maintenance cycles and significantly reduces maintenance costs.

■High airtightness

Since it uses a canned motor, there is no shaft extraction part and a high level of airtightness is maintained.
