About This Product

A general-purpose dry vacuum pump with many years of experience and a proven track record. Ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, metal, optical, and other industrial applications that utilize vacuum. Unosawa's "TRM Type Tri-Pack Vacuum Pump" has a long track record as a dry vacuum pump, and can cover a wide range of pumping speeds from approximately 2m3/min to 30m3/min with a single vacuum pump. It is also a general-purpose vacuum pump that can accommodate special specifications including materials.

■Wide operating range

There is no restriction on suction pressure and continuous operation is possible from atmospheric pressure to ultimate pressure.

■Power saving/high performance

This is a multi-stage Roots vacuum pump designed to save energy.

■Mist suction possible

The sucked mist and condensate can be discharged and collected.

■Low vibration/low noise

The rotor is precisely balanced and includes an exhaust silencer.

■Compatible with special environment motors

You can specify motors such as safety-enhanced explosion-proof types and pressure-resistant explosion-proof types.

■Suitable for special specifications

Special specifications such as stainless steel material are available.

■No water pollution

Since the gas is cooled indirectly, the cooling water will not be contaminated.

■Long-term continuous operation
