About This Product

A general-purpose dry vacuum pump developed as a vacuum pump that is resistant to condensable gases. Ideal for chemical, pharmaceutical, food, metal, optical, and other industrial applications that utilize vacuum. The Unosawa TRV Type Tri-Pack Vacuum Pump is a completely oil-free general-purpose dry pump that we independently developed based on our extensive experience and track record in dry pumps. The gas flow path is arranged so that it flows down-flow from the top to the bottom, making it easy to drain the liquid. This makes the pump extremely resistant to liquid intrusion and gas condensate. The liquid condensed inside the pump flows down to the discharge port and can be easily recovered under atmospheric pressure.

The suctioned mist and condensate can be easily discharged and collected.

■Power saving/high performance

This is a multi-stage Roots vacuum pump designed to save energy.

■Small footprint

The installation area is minimal due to the vertical structure.

■Wide operating range

There is no restriction on suction pressure and continuous operation is possible from atmospheric pressure to ultimate pressure.

■Less heat radiation

Since it is water-cooled, it has a structure that radiates less heat to the surrounding area.

■Low vibration/low noise

The rotor is strictly balanced and comes with an exhaust silencer.

■Compatible with special environment motors

You can specify motors such as safety-enhanced explosion-proof types and pressure-resistant explosion-proof types.

■This is a high-performance vacuum pump with low power consumption.

TRV type vacuum pump is a vacuum pump designed with a new concept and very compact. The gas flow path has a down-flow structure that flows from the top to the bottom, allowing liquid to be easily discharged, so it can be used in a wide range of applications. In addition, the internal temperature of the vacuum pump is kept low because a "backflow cooling method" is used for internal compression. This mechanism makes the TRV vacuum pump a highly efficient pump with low power consumption.
