About This Product

■Summary

This device automatically attaches the lens unit to the sensor board supplied in a special tray, adjusts the focus, temporarily cures the adhesive, and stores it. The 6-axis alignment mechanism allows for highly accurate focus adjustment.

■Features

・Automatic loading and unloading of parts is possible using trays and magazines. - Since 6-axis alignment adjustment is performed on the CMOS sensor side, alignment can be performed with high precision while maintaining the optical axis of the lens. ・Apply UV adhesive to the sensor, perform active alignment using the lens and chart, and temporarily cure the adhesive using UV irradiation.
