About This Product

■Summary

This device uses a 6-axis alignment unit on the index table to adjust the focus and optical axis of the CMOS sensor and lens assembly, and temporarily fixes the adhesive using UV irradiation.

■Features

・By parallelizing the main processes such as sensor supply / adhesive application / Rough_AA / Slight_AA / UV irradiation 1 / UV irradiation 2 / storage, efficient work can be performed with a minimum alignment stage configuration. ・High UPH can be achieved by optimizing the adjustment algorithm. ・The 6-axis alignment unit consists of high-resolution actuators. - GRR analysis and management of the AA process can be simplified because the equipment configuration does not involve arranging multiple AA processes to improve capacity. (Variations between AA processes are suppressed)
