This equipment supplies lens units after barrel assembly, applies pressure, applies adhesive, and applies UV irradiation.

■Features

・This is a device that supplies the lens unit after barrel assembly, applies pressure, applies adhesive, and irradiates it with UV light. If parts need to be mounted after applying adhesive, one part can be mounted. (optional) ・It is transported sequentially by a jig carrier and processed at the same time in each process. Unit supply → Pressure/height measurement → Reversal (for stacking type) → Unit position confirmation (camera) → Adhesive dot application → Component mounting → Pressure/UV irradiation ・Height measurement → UV irradiation (temporary curing) → Unit position confirmation (camera) → Adhesive application all around → UV irradiation (main curing) → Adhesive condition confirmation (camera) → Unit storage → NG discharge/cleaning → Remaining detection Confirmation (camera)
