About This Product

■Summary

This equipment cures the adhesive after mounting the blank in an N2 atmosphere with a cleanliness level of Class 100 and an oxygen concentration of 100ppm or less.

■Features

・The adhesive is cured in a clean atmosphere (class 100). ・N2 gas is introduced into the furnace to prevent oxidation of the product and conductive adhesive. (Oxygen concentration 100 ppm or less) There are 4 heating zones in the furnace, each circuit can be controlled independently, and care has been taken to ensure that any desired temperature curve can be obtained. ,By feeding the tray directly into the furnace, the temperature rises quickly. This suppresses the formation of a film on the surface of the conductive adhesive and prevents the formation of voids due to residual solvent. ,The device is made smaller by having two internal conveyance lines. ,The upper part of the furnace body can be opened and closed, making it easy to clean the inside. ,Inline connection with previous and subsequent processes is possible.
