About This Product

■Summary

This is a device that applies conductive adhesive to the ceramic PKG of a crystal resonator/crystal oscillator, and then mounts a blank on top of it with high precision.

■Features

- A turret table is used to speed up the transfer of packages and blanks. - Equipped with dispenser temperature control, needle height zero point detection, and application position feedback functions to stabilize application amount and improve application position accuracy. As an option, package height measurement and application height correction using a laser displacement meter is available. ・With a newly developed image recognition method and low vibration, we have achieved a mounting accuracy of ±0.015mm. ・It is also possible to supply AT plates and tuning fork blanks from wafers. ・Inline connection with post-processing (our clean curing furnace, etc.) is possible.
