About This Product

Application: A T-groove has been added to the super strong electromagnetic chuck for heavy cutting. The range of applicable workpieces is further expanded by combining the one-touch adsorption magnetic method with T-groove clamping. When used in conjunction with a mechanical clamping mechanism, it is easy to hold irregularly shaped objects and non-magnetic materials that cannot be picked up with regular electromagnetic chucks.

Also, when clamping non-magnetic materials, it eliminates unnecessary work such as removing the electromagnetic chuck from the machine table. In addition to the flat type, we also manufacture the KEZX type in three-dimensional versions.

■Features・Super strong electromagnetic chuck specially designed for heavy cutting.
・Small objects and irregularly shaped workpieces can be completely mounted using a combination of magnets and T-groove clamps.
- Non-magnetic materials can be mounted using clamps using T-slots, so there is no need to mount or remove an electromagnetic chuck from the machine table.
・For three-dimensional specifications, by weakening the magnetic force of the electromagnetic chuck (or turning it off completely) and making effective use of the T-groove, tasks such as positioning the workpiece and exposing the reference plane can be performed more easily. .
・Even workpieces with little suction surface can be completely clamped.
