About This Product

The stick supports the distortion and deflection of the workpiece and adsorbs it in a natural state.

Application: For accuracy in processing fields such as mold bases in dry milling, the effect of sticks installed at regular intervals allows for one-touch setting.

■Common specifications of Axim for cutting・The stick on the work surface supports the warping of the workpiece and holds it in a natural state. This eliminates the need to use shims to prevent workpiece deformation, leading to increased work efficiency.
- A series of operations from workpiece support (stick up) to suction fixation can be performed with one touch, allowing high precision machining without the need for special techniques.
-The stick unit (work support) can be easily removed individually, making it easy to maintain.
- 50% reduction in working time for flat precision machining.
・The reversal process in processing work has been changed from 3 to 4 steps to 2 steps.
・Due to the effect of the stick, high-precision machining is possible without the need for techniques.
- Compatible with workpieces with distortion up to 3mm.
- Ideal for milling materials with a thickness of 20 mm or more.

■Specifications of Axim with T-groove (patented and registered design)・Compared to the KEZF-WS type, the degree of freedom in increasing or decreasing the number of sticks is increased.
- Adopts a new structure that prevents stick operation malfunctions caused by chips.
- By eliminating the stick lid, there is no need to level the main body and lid when replacing the stick unit, further improving maintainability.
・By using the T-groove, it is also possible to clamp non-ferrous and irregularly shaped workpieces.
・As only instantaneous energization is applied when a workpiece is attached or detached, there is no internal heat generation, allowing for high-precision machining and contributing to energy savings. In addition, it can be applied not only to plate processing but also to machining processing that requires long-term suction and holding of workpieces. (EPZF-WX type)
