About This Product

Revolutionary permanent electromagnetic chuck that enables adjustment of magnetic strength Application: Suitable for rotating and processing ring-shaped workpieces such as bearings with lathes, turning machines, cylindrical grinders, rotary grinders, etc.

■Features

- The strength of the magnetic force can be adjusted by combining it with a dedicated controller that has a magnetic force adjustment function. ・As there is almost no internal heat generation or thermal displacement, high precision machining can be achieved. - Compatible with wet processing. ・With T-groove, it can handle a variety of workpieces. We can also manufacture large products with a diameter of φ1,200 or more.
