About This Product

Strong magnetic force, good release properties, and high waterproofness Applications: Suitable for precision machining that requires a relatively large load, such as heavy grinding to light cutting, and workpiece machining with steps such as linear motion guides.

■Features

- Compatible with relatively small workpieces, workpieces with small suction area, and concave workpieces. - The addition of a dedicated demagnetization structure improves work release performance when OFF. ・Achieves good release properties even for hardened steel and special steel with large residual magnetism. ・Since only instantaneous energization is required when attaching or detaching a workpiece, there is no internal heat generation, contributing to energy savings. - Compatible with wet processing and has improved waterproofness. - Adopts an environmentally friendly resin adhesive structure face plate.
