About This Product

Eliminating the weaknesses of square pattern permanent electromagnetic chucks Application: Used to secure workpieces during cutting with milling cutters, machining centers, etc.

■Features

・The optimal combination of a unique magnetic pole structure and a dedicated demagnetization structure has achieved a significant reduction in residual adsorption force. ・Good release even for hardened steel and special steel with large residual magnetism. (compared to conventional product EP-Q type) ・Optional distortion removal block (KT-Q70/Q70M) can also be used. In addition, by attaching various blocks using the screw holes on the suction surface, a variety of fixing methods are possible to suit the processing. - Compatible with wet processing. ・Special production with a minimum number of magnetic poles of 4 is also possible.
