About This Product

Dry separator is an environmental air filter with excellent total performance. A dry separator is an air filter installed in the piping from the air compressor. The cyclone (centrifugal separation) method powerfully removes oil mist, impurities, and moisture from compressed air. Maintenance-free unlike other drain removal devices. It has a long-life design that eliminates the need to worry about performance deterioration, dew point rise, or filter clogging. A dehumidifier that does not require a power supply or filter replacement, and is an excellent air cleaner that also contributes to cost reduction. Of course CFC-free. ■How to use

After installation, it will work automatically when compressed air is provided. (Separation of impurities such as water droplets and oil droplets starts at 0.1Mpa, and dehumidification starts at 0.4Mpa or higher.) We recommend installing an auto drain for normal use. (Adding an auto drain makes it completely maintenance-free.) If you use it without an auto drain, be sure to drain the drain at the end of each work. If you wish to omit draining, please release the ball valve by a small amount.

■Note

Always install the dry separator vertically. Install the dry separator as far away from the air compressor as possible. The ideal installation location is where the compressed air temperature is the same as the air temperature. The lower the inlet air temperature, the higher the efficiency. The higher the pressure, the more efficient the dehumidification capacity will be.
