About This Product

■Features- Anti-oxidation devices made by other companies often stir the oil in fryers or apply high voltage and utilize potential differences. With safety in mind, we are proposing an antioxidant device that utilizes reducing action and is effective even at a low voltage of 5V. This device greatly reduces the risk of electric shock at high voltages and provides sufficient oxidation prevention effects.
- The oil particles change (become finer) and heat is transmitted evenly, reducing cooking time.
・The product has less of the charring characteristic of tempura, resulting in a product with high added value.
・Since the oil has less viscosity, the generation of oil smoke is suppressed.
