■Round hole punch processing equipment for film materials

・Achieves high-speed punching of 12 holes/sec and high accuracy of ±20um. ・Ideal for drilling reference holes for exposure and external processing ・In addition to film materials, it is also compatible with some thick products.

■Irregular hole/external punch processing equipment using small postless molds

・Irregular hole punching using high-precision, low-cost compact molds ・Suitable for both half cut type and real mold ・Automatic collection of individual punched pieces is also available (optional)

■Placer: High-precision reinforcing plate pasting device for flexible circuit boards

・Automate the SUS reinforcing plate pasting process, improving speed and accuracy. ・Simple device structure, compact device size. ・High-speed pasting operation with 4 heater heads.

■Film placer: Electromagnetic shielding film pasting device

- Punch out a roll of electromagnetic shielding film and attach it to a flexible board. ・It is possible to improve and stabilize the pasting quality compared to manual work. - No need for positioning holes for pasting, improving imposition efficiency.

■Scriber: automatic dividing device for ceramic substrates

- Generate minute cracks with a diamond rotary cutter and divide the substrate after firing. ・No cleaning process is required, and division processing is possible after component mounting. ・Can be processed with high precision without being affected by shrinkage due to temperature changes during firing.

■Manual supply and discharge type High thrust model T501P

High thrust type that feeds and discharges workpieces manually. Trimming processing is possible at high speed of 0.60 seconds/hole, high precision of ±20μm, and thrust force of 5t.
