This is an innovative showcase that maintains the superiority of the glycol-cooled Carapina gelato case while also making it possible to display and sell gelato.
■Features
・Uses two different cooling systems: glycol (refrigerant liquid) and ventilation (forced convection circulation). Gelato can be kept cool even with the lid open, making it possible to sell gelato on display.
- Because it is equipped with two independent compressors, and due to the cold-retention properties of glycol, even if an unexpected situation such as a compressor failure or power outage occurs, the inside of the refrigerator will be maintained at a low temperature for a long time.
・Large diameter 260mm x height 150mm (capacity 7L) carapina ensures high visibility and workability. (2 row type)
・If you install a display flat panel, it can also be used as a confectionery showcase.
