- Comes with a menu card holder on the front, so you can easily display the types of gelato.
・The ventilation system (forced convection circulation system) keeps the gelato temperature in the refrigerator constant at all times.
・Cooling temperature: -5℃ to -22℃ (temperature sensor control)
-Equipped with twin evaporators that can handle Japan's hot and humid climate. Dry, cool air that has been dehumidified by the front evaporator is sent out from the rear evaporator and circulated.
・Even if the rear door is left open during business hours, the gelato will not melt due to the air curtain.
・The automatic defrost device defrosts the machine for 2 minutes every 5 hours. Water from melted frost collects in a saucer. (Please pull out the saucer and throw away the water once a day.)
