■Features
・Because of the vertical cylinder, it is possible to knead the ice cream well and produce firm ice cream, and chocolate, nuts, fruits, etc. can be added during cooling.
- The beater uses a gear motor instead of a belt to stir the ice, so it can solidify ice cream down to -12℃.
・Pour the mix into the upper tank and discharge the finished ice cream from the lower outlet. When taking out the food, the beater rotates in the opposite direction so that it can be taken out at high speed.
- No O-ring is used at the outlet, making cleaning easy and requiring no maintenance.
- The mobile scraper blade is made of special plastic and is ideal for scraping ice from cylinders. They are easy to remove, can be thoroughly cleaned, and are easy and inexpensive to replace.
・As the lid is transparent, you can check the hardness of the ice cream from above.
