About This Product

Resin-based and metal-based bonds are often used for diamond wheels, but vitrified-based bonds have not generally been produced. However, our company, whose users include diamond record needle manufacturing companies, watches, and jewelry industries, has single-handedly met the demands of this field, and has been mass-producing vitrified diamond wheels for over 50 years as the only manufacturer in Japan. Today, compact tools (diamond and cBN sintered tools) have rapidly begun to be used, but a major problem has been that repolishing cannot be done efficiently using resin bond or metal bond. We have further developed the vitrified diamond wheel technology that we have accumulated over many years, and have developed a vitrified bond wheel (non-porous type) that efficiently grinds difficult-to-grind materials, from compact tools to ceramic, cermet, and carbide tools, and has an outstanding grinding ratio. ) are currently manufactured to order.
