About This Product

SHR (Super Heat Resisting Resin Bond) wheels have significantly improved the short lifespan, which was the weak point of resin bonds up until now, and the combination of heat-resistant resin and special filler strengthens the retention of abrasive grains and provides high shape retention. This is a resin bond that is effective in heavy grinding. Particularly for heavy grinding, it exhibits excellent shape retention and grindability for groove cutting (flute processing) and chip breaker processing of carbide cutting tools on CNC automatic tool grinders.

■Features

・It is a heavy grinding process with deep cuts, but the lifespan of conventional resin bond wheels is short, so we would like to improve this. ・It is important to maintain the shape of the wheel by using full-form wheels and V-faces, but the lifespan of conventional resin bond wheels is short, so we would like to improve this. ・ Metal bond is used for shape retention, but it is difficult to correct on the machine, so we would like to improve it. - Metal bond and vitrified bond are used for shape retention, but the surface roughness is rough and would like to be improved. Please try the newly developed SHR bond for processing that you want to improve.
