You can use your existing student ID as is. You no longer have to spend time and money managing attendance.
Lecture information can also be obtained by linking with the academic affairs system. This product is equipped with an attendance management system on an IC and magnetic card compatible multi-reader terminal (PDC-310) equipped with Windows 10 IoT. Just by scanning your existing student ID card, you can collect attendance data such as "student ID number + time + attendance category + lecture information". It links with the academic affairs system and automatically updates the timetable master, so there is no burden on teachers. It is compatible with a wide range of applications, including mobile operation and wall-mounted operation, and eliminates unnecessary costs.

By registering the timetable master, the attendance classification (attendance/lateness, leaving early) will be automatically changed at the set time and attendance data will be collected. The collected attendance data can be sent at any time.

The reception terminal supports not only wall-mounted operation, but also mobile operation using a dedicated rechargeable battery. You can carry it with you to each class or lecture and place it on your desk to register your attendance. In addition to operating with conventional LAN (PoE) wiring, it is newly equipped with wireless LAN (Wi-Fi). Mobile operation has become even more convenient.

■Wall-mounted fixed operation
Lecture information is automatically displayed on the reception terminal based on the lecture schedule registered on the management computer. Attendance, tardiness, early leaving, etc. are automatically judged based on the registered schedule, and personal ID information, stamped time, lecture information, and attendance classification are collected.
■Mobile operation
By reading the teacher's card, lecture information registered through data linkage with the academic affairs system is displayed on the reception terminal. (Only information on lectures taught by instructors will be displayed.) Select the lecture to be held, attendance/lateness, etc., and start accepting applications. By having your student ID card read, your personal ID information, stamping time, set lecture information, and attendance classification will be collected.
