About This Product

ISOLOSS LS material is a high-density polyurethane foam with a fine cell structure and almost no compression set, and provides excellent design for the difficult challenge of mechanical energy control. ISOLOSS LS products not only exhibit shock absorption and vibration isolation capabilities, but also extremely low compression set and excellent fracture resistance. It has the characteristics of low outgassing, uniform thickness, and excellent dimensional stability. ISOLOSS LS foam can be easily and cleanly die-cut and can be composited with a variety of materials using pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA). Products with PSA processing on the back side are easier to install and can reduce manufacturing and assembly costs. It combines excellent impact resistance and cushioning properties, as well as sufficient durability for applications such as gasket pads and seals. Gaskets: ISOLOSS LS material meets UL50, 157, 508 and 514B standards for gasket and seal applications. Vibration Isolation: Flexibility, superior strength, and controlled compression properties for lightweight vibration isolation applications. Impact protection: Due to its excellent durability, elasticity, and high impact absorption capacity, it is ideal for cushioning and shock absorption applications, whether used as is, laminated, or combined with other materials.
