About This Product

■Memory foam is a medium-density, open-cell polyurethane foam that is human-friendly.

-Physical properties: Memory foam has low resilience and slowly changes shape when subjected to pressure, distributing pressure evenly. This provides stable support to users. ・High energy absorption: It has excellent shock absorption ability that can absorb up to 97% of impact, making it suitable for applications that require protection from impact. ・Temperature responsiveness: Sensitive to temperature, it becomes softer when warmer and conforms to the shape of your body. ・Breathability and comfort: The open cell structure provides high breathability, no irritation to the skin, and wicks away moisture and sweat, making it ideal for medical applications and as a cushion for body contact areas. ・Wide range of applications: Because it is soft and easy to bend, it is used in a variety of fields, such as shock isolation for electronic equipment and pads and cushions for medical equipment. There are also grades that do not emit silicon gas, making them suitable for electronic device applications.

■Characteristics

・Cushioning: Memory foam is a protective material that can be used flexibly in a variety of cushioning applications, from padding for areas that come into contact with the body to packaging for electronic devices. Shock Absorption: Due to its excellent shock absorption properties, memory foam provides impact protection and isolation under dynamic loads while retaining its shape under static loads. ・Vibration Isolation: Its excellent combination of low resilience and high energy absorption provides effective damping and vibration isolation performance.
