About This Product

DeepFrame is a large MR (Mixed Reality) display developed by Denmark's Realfiction that allows multiple people to enjoy the same MR image. There is no need for headsets or smart glasses, and you can enjoy a next-generation MR experience where many people can share the same image. DeepFrame is a new standard in mixed reality displays and is the world's premier virtual layer that allows viewers to experience breathtaking digital images at any size and distance. DeepFrame displays consist of special concave optical lenses that can be mounted on floor stands or suspended from wires for a semi-permanent display. The curved OLED screen mounted behind the DeepFrame lens creates HD and 4K images and light through the lens, creating the illusion of perceiving the best virtual content. The size of DeepFrame itself is 64 inches (or 115x115cm), making it ideal for use in large areas such as the surface of a building or mountain, or in small areas such as an exhibition or museum. The video can be adjusted to appear as if it were right next to the viewer, or as if it were miles away. This technology can be widely used in all kinds of industrial products and can be used to visualize anything. From new bridges, to cars, to rebuilt abandoned castles, to life-sized spaceships floating far above the city.

■How it works

The optical lenses used in DeepFrame are manufactured in the same way as high-performance space telescopes. The only difference with DeepFrame is that the lens is oriented toward people rather than stars. By adjusting the distance between the curved OLED screen and the DeepFrame's optical lens, you can control the magnification, which in turn changes the size of the content and the distance from which it is viewed. The concave optical lens bends the light entering the curved OLED screen, creating highly precise and distinct image distortions.
