This not only ensures quality through high-precision inspection, but also reduces the number of operators involved in sorting, making it possible to work more efficiently.
Quality is guaranteed with a high-precision inspection mechanism. The serial numbers preprinted on the form are read through the window of the envelope and their continuity is checked. In addition, the thickness of the envelope is measured and checked against the pre-registered thickness. It is also possible to check whether the flap is sealed correctly.
Strengthen security and proper operation with log recording. The reading results and judgment results are recorded as a log. The test results are saved on the hard disk inside the control PC. As an option, it is also possible to save the scanned image itself.
Reduce workload by automating sorting. Envelopes (or postcards) after checking can be sorted by advance data or postal code classification, making bulk sorting work more efficient.
