Mechanism that prevents products from getting caught; the tray opens into two and sorts them downwards, so there is no risk of products getting caught. Split tray sorters, also known as Bombay sorters, can be considered for e-commerce, apparel, transportation, and postal fields, such as sorting small items by store and sorting small parcels by destination, where demand for delivery is increasing.
■High-density shoot arrangement
While a normal sorter has a chute installed horizontally to the conveyance surface, a split tray sorter has a chute below the conveyance surface, which used to be dead space, to make effective use of space. The chute width is 30% smaller than other models, allowing you to secure more shots in less space.
■Medium to high processing capacity type
There are two types in the lineup: a "single" type that transports and sorts one item per tray, and a "dual" type that can transport and sort two items at the same time and separate them into separate chutes. The single type has a mechanical capacity of 7,200/hour, and the dual type has double the capacity of 14,400/hour.
■Tray design ideal for small items and apparel
This tray design is ideal for handling the rapidly increasing number of small items delivered due to the expanding online shopping (EC) and flea market app markets, as well as apparel items such as clothing. The dual type can transport two items at the same time and sort them into separate chutes, and can also be used for single-use to sort items up to 400mm x 800mm.
