About This Product

■Summary・This is a docking system that can connect or disconnect equipment, containers, or piping containing highly pharmacologically active drugs that require containment, while preventing powder leakage to a non-hazardous level.
・There are automatic type, manual type, and simple type.
・Supports OEL10μg/m2 to 0.1μg/m2 [OEB5 to 6]
・WIP cleaning available
・Easy to disassemble/assemble structure for cleaning and inspection
・Local exhaust system can also be installed (optional)

■Principle・When the passive side valve is brought close to the active side valve with a movable flap, it will be guided by the locking pin and docked.
・When docked, the active and passive flaps are sealed with a static seal.
・If you operate the flap while the airtight state is maintained, the valve will open while the airtight state is maintained, and the two devices (or containers or piping) will be in communication, allowing the powder to flow.

■FeaturesIt is possible to clean and dry the inside of the valve system while maintaining containment.

■Cleaning system・Set WIP-adapter to active valve
・Attach the cleaning hood to the active valve and lock it.
・Clean the valve surface and seal material
・Dry by air purge
