Drum-type freeze-drying equipment for freeze-drying frozen spherical particles (Frozen Microspheres) manufactured by SprayConLAB (frozen bulk volume 0.3-2L)

■Configuration

・Vacuum freeze-drying chamber (cooling) ・Double wall rotating drum ・Drum cooling and heating using silicone oil (-50 to +50℃) ・Water-cooled chiller unit (two-stage compression refrigerator) ・Capacitor (-70℃) ・Vacuum pump (Ultimate vacuum level 10μbar) ・Infrared heating radiator (glass cover, internal cooling) ・Closed discharge collection mechanism ・Full SCADA-based control system with 15.6" HMI touch screen

■Options

・CIP nozzles and piping for automatic and containment cleaning ・Inactivation in cryochamber (GN2) ・Automatic sampling from inside the vacuum drum ・Handling of containment products ・SIP (Lab scale is not covered by sterility guarantee)
