About This Product

■Summary

・Fluidized bed equipment that can perform granulation, drying, and coating operations based on fluidized bed technology. ・We have a lineup of world standard pressure resistant 12 bar types. - Fine particle coating is possible using the improved Wurster device SPC, which combines the technologies of Glatt, a global fluid bed manufacturer, and Powrec. - Fine particle coating can control the elution of drug substances, prevent contraindications to compounding, improve absorption, reduce the size of tablets with high drug content, improve tableting properties, and improve surface properties. ・A twin-shaking bag filter or a metal filter that uses a backwashing pulse jet method can be used, and granulation and coating can be performed without stopping the flow, which prevents the retention of difficult-to-flow powder and saves time. There are benefits such as shortening ・By changing the container, it is possible to switch between top spray granulation drying mode and bottom spray particle coating mode with one device (optional)

■Principle (top spray)

- Mainly driven by an exhaust fan, air with controlled temperature and humidity is flowed vertically upward into the fluidized bed, and this airflow forms a fluidized bed (fluidized powder). ・In the granulation operation, a binding liquid is sprayed onto the powder using a spray device, and the granulation operation is performed by agglomeration, drying, and binding.

■Principle (SPC bottom spray)

・Using a bottom spray system, it is possible to spray the coating liquid close to the particles, resulting in coated granules with stable film formation properties. ・The spray zone has a pipe called a draft tube (Wurster column), which allows the spray zone and drying zone to be clearly separated, creating an efficient circulating flow. ・In addition, the draft tube adopts a bell mouth shape originally developed by Powrex, which promotes the flow of heavy particles and fine powders with poor fluidity into the spray zone, improving fluidity. Masu ・If side air is used in combination, it is possible to forcefully fluidize even particles with poor fluidity.
