■Summary

■Principle
・Based on the principle of a fluidized bed device, a blade rotor is installed at the bottom to forcefully promote fluid flow.
・The flow of air and powder becomes a swirling flow, and the particles are concentrated at the bottom, so tangential spraying enables efficient and stable coating.
・Use top spray when granulating. By adjusting the rotation speed of the rotor, rolling and compaction effects can be increased, making it suitable for producing heavier and denser granules than normal fluidized beds.
