About This Product

■Summary

・By installing a blade rotor at the bottom of the fluidized bed equipment, it is now possible to easily fluidize difficult-to-flow powders and heavy raw materials such as metals, which were difficult to do in the past. Coating, etc. is possible ・Top spray for granulation and tangential spray for coating can be selected (optional) ・The uniquely developed low pulsation tangential spray nozzle can prevent the generation of unnecessary aggregates (twin grains). ・In the pharmaceutical field, we have a lot of experience in drug layering used in OD tablets and sustained release coatings. ・In the battery field, it is used for nanoscale coating of positive electrode active materials, and is expected to be a breakthrough technology for energy issues in the new era. ・12bar pressure resistant type (MP-PSR series) is also available

■Principle

・Based on the principle of a fluidized bed device, a blade rotor is installed at the bottom to forcefully promote fluid flow. ・The flow of air and powder becomes a swirling flow, and the particles are concentrated at the bottom, so tangential spraying enables efficient and stable coating. ・Use top spray when granulating. By adjusting the rotation speed of the rotor, rolling and compaction effects can be increased, making it suitable for producing heavier and denser granules than normal fluidized beds.

-Blade rotor can be selected from standard type, perforated plate type, and flat type depending on the purpose (optional) ・By using PAT (Process Analytical Technology) technology using NIR and particle size distribution measurement equipment, it is possible to control the end point of granulation, drying, and coating (optional) ・Using the twin shaking method, it is possible to perform a sweeping operation without stopping the flow, improving productivity (optional) ・Automatic cleaning system can be installed (optional)
