About This Product

■Summary

・Powrec's unique pulsed fluidized bed series is equipped with a rotary pulse generator while maintaining the performance and ease of use of fluidized bed equipment. ・Rotary pulse generator allows difficult-to-flow raw materials (high moisture, high oil content, etc.) to flow by rapidly changing the passing air volume. ・As a result, it is possible to improve production efficiency by solving problems caused by liquidity and increasing the amount of preparation. ・By turning off the pulse function, it can also be used as a regular fluidized bed granulation dryer. ・Can also be selected as an option for WSG/WST series, GPCG series, and BF series.

■Principle

Based on the principle of a fluidized bed device, by passing the supply air through a rotary pulse generator, the wind speed changes periodically and the strength of the fluidized air is generated. This makes it possible to fluidize difficult-to-flow powders.

■Features

- Possible to granulate or dry difficult-to-flow raw materials - Granulation of high-oil content products (soybean flour): Granulation of high-oil content products was difficult with conventional machines, resulting in blow-through and blocking, but the pulsed fluidized bed enables fluidized operation. - Granulation of soy protein in high moisture range: Fluidity is ensured even at high moisture levels, making it possible to produce heavy or large granules. We can also handle the granulation of raw materials that require high moisture content. ・Pelletization with a high amount of preparation: Since granulation operations can be performed even with triple the amount of preparation, it is possible to reduce the number of batches and shorten the time for preparation and collection.
