About This Product

■Summary

・This is a device that continuously manufactures granules directly from liquid raw materials. ・The resulting product has high sphericity, high density, no need for excipient core particles, high content of active ingredients, and uniform particle size distribution. - Combines the conventional spray drying and granulation processes into one. You can save costs by reducing heating and save labor by automating classification operations. ・Recommended for granule production, mini tablet production, and drug granule production for OD tablets that require content uniformity. ・Lab scale equipment can be installed on MP-01 ・Won the 17th Nakai Award

■Principle

・Spray granulation zone: Seed particles are directly generated by bottom spraying the undiluted granule solution in a fluidized bed. ・Layering granulation, spheroidization, and heavyization due to continuous spraying ・Classification zone, particle return line: Suction of granules in the granulation zone using suction air, classification operation using classification air, and return of ungranulated particles (small particles) to the spray zone. ・Recovery of products using recovery air
