・Because it is a dry granulation method that does not use the crosslinking force of liquids such as water or binding liquid, the granulated product does not require a drying process. It can also be applied to raw materials that are sensitive to water and heat.
■Principle
・This is a granulation device that produces flakes using the compressive force of two rolls and performs granulation (crushing and grading) using a Fitzmill.
・The raw material is transferred from the input hopper by a horizontal supply screw to a vertical screw that rotates at high speed, where it is degassed and preloaded.
・Plate-shaped flakes are formed in the compression zone consisting of the driven roll and fixed roll.
・Flakes are sized to the appropriate size by a rotor rotating in the grading (crushing grading) zone directly below, sorted by a screen, and collected as granules.
・The roll diameter is the same for production use (φ200mm), except for LCS Lab (φ120) and CCS1025 (φ250mm) for research and development, making it easy to scale up. It is possible to process from a minimum of 10g (bulk specific gravity: 0.5) /B to a maximum of 400kg/h.

・It is possible to manufacture granules according to the purpose with a variety of combinations of rotors and screens.
・Manual and automatic operation is possible using the large HMI touch panel. Multi-level password security allows management at administrator and operator levels
■Options
・CCS220: By using a hopper for small-scale trial production, it is possible to process from approximately 50g (bulk specific gravity: 0.5) /B ~
・Maintenance can be performed outside the clean room due to the wall-embedded installation type.
・PCS: Maximizes the containment effect by creating a slightly negative pressure in the process environment. Minimize exposure and prevent cross-contamination
・The glove box design allows for airtightness that is below the target OEL of 1μg/m3.
