■Principle

・Mixing operation: The raw material powder is placed in a vessel, and the main blade stirs the powder and the high-speed rotating cross screw crushes it, creating a strong shearing action inside the powder raw material and dispersing the raw material inside. Precise mixing can be done instantly. - Granulation operation: By adding the binder liquid from the top, the binder liquid is sheared and dispersed in the mixed raw materials, and the powders are bonded together by the liquid bridging force, and granulation begins. Furthermore, due to rolling and compaction, it becomes firm particles. By adjusting operating parameters such as the amount of liquid added, rotation speed, and operating time, it is possible to adjust the particle size distribution, sphericity, and degree of heaviness. ・Discharge operation: The product is quickly discharged by opening the discharge and rotating the main blade. ・Temperature control function: The inside of the vessel can be heated or cooled by flowing a temperature-controlled medium inside the jacket.
