About This Product

■Summary

・This is a granulating machine that can demonstrate outstanding power in instantly crushing and grading large amounts of raw materials to the desired particle size. ・We can handle both wet and dry grading. ・There are belt drive type (standard) and underdrive type (U type).

■Principle

The input raw material is continuously supplied to the sieving area between the screen and the impeller by the superturbulent flow and centrifugal force caused by the impeller (rotating blades), where it is crushed and pulverized, resulting in smaller particles. is instantly expelled from the screen opening.

■Features

・Innumerable conditions can be set by combining a wide variety of screens, 5 types of impellers, and rotation speeds. ・Since stagnation is difficult to occur, there is less generation of fine powder due to over-grinding, and the particle size is uniform. ・The number of parts is very small (only the screen, impeller, spacer, and bolts), making it easy to install and remove, and cleaning is easy. - Made of stainless steel, making it ideal for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, and chemicals. ・Low heat generation, low dust generation, and low noise, usually less than 80-85dB (A) - Can be used with any supply method such as manual feeding, mechanical feeding, pressure feeding, suction, etc., and is also excellently compatible with pneumatic transportation of powder.
