■Summary・External circulation (total circulation) mechanism and high shear emulsification dispersion device
・We have newly released a multi-homogenizer that can handle various emulsification/dispersion needs such as emulsification, dispersion, dissolution, vacuum, cooling, and heating.

■Features・External circulation mechanism, capable of handling even high viscosity solutions: The external circulation system via a unique agitator and rotor/stator located at the center bottom makes it easy to homogenize the entire product volume reliably and quickly.
・Real-time management function for emulsification and dispersion processes: By incorporating our proprietary NIR (near infrared spectroscopy) monitoring system for mixing into solvents and uniform dispersion processes, it is possible to manage the end point of the process and detect abnormalities ( option)
- Raw materials can be supplied directly to the rotor/stator: By supplying raw materials directly above the rotor/stator, it is possible to quickly disperse and dissolve them in the solvent (patent pending)
- Degassing and degassing is possible by vacuuming: The entire tank can be homogenized by stirring under vacuum. Improved deaeration rate and blocks the effects of atmospheric moisture, oxygen, etc. when using organic solvents (optional)
・Precise temperature control possible: Jacket structure allows precise temperature control (heating and cooling) inside the tank (optional)

■Easy cleaning and high maintainability・Rotor/stator pumping function, discharge power circulation, and automatic cleaning with omnidirectional spray are possible.
・Agitator can be raised, rotated, and lowered for cleaning at low positions (Option RMX-25 or higher)
・The stirring tank is equipped with a rollover mechanism, and the rotor/stator is raised and lowered for easy disassembly and inspection (Option RMX-25 or higher)
・CIP/SIP cleaning possible (optional)

■Process example・As a homogenizer for various emulsification and dispersion applications
・For preparing spray liquid for tablet and particle coating equipment
・As a pretreatment for nanoparticle and nanoemulsion production
