■Summary

■Principle

・The injected compressed gas passes through the jet ring and is injected into the grinding chamber. ・The raw materials are sent to the grinding chamber through the injector, and the jet stream generated at that time causes the raw materials to collide with each other and become ultra-finely ground due to friction. - Sufficiently finely divided products are adiabatically expanded from the pulverized product outlet and discharged together with cooled air, and then collected using a bag filter or cyclone. ・On the other hand, due to the centrifugal classification effect, large product particles remain in the grinding chamber, where they are further finely ground and collected.
