About This Product

■Summary

・In addition to being capable of ultra-high pressure processing of over 200 MPa, the interaction chamber with its unique fixed shape allows a stable pressure profile to be obtained, resulting in extremely high effectiveness and reproducibility in emulsification and dispersion processing. A high-pressure homogenizer that can achieve high processing performance. ・Medialess, contamination-free, 1-way processing eliminates uneven processing ・For more than 35 years, we have provided more than 3,000 devices worldwide, contributing to users' innovation in liquid processing (nanoemulsions, nanoparticles, precision dispersion, etc.)

■Principle

- By feeding properly premixed raw materials (liquid) under increased pressure to a maximum of 207MPa, a strong shearing action is generated in the interaction chamber, achieving advanced emulsification and dispersion and pulverization. After that, it is quickly cooled down by a cooling coil and becomes a finished or semi-finished product. ・This process is repeated depending on the desired degree (particle size, dispersion state) ・The interaction chamber at the heart of processing is available in Z-type, suitable for crushing and dispersion, and Y-type, suitable for emulsification. ・Scaling up is based on the same rule, and processing can be parallelized, so products of the same quality can be obtained. Chambers of the same shape and size are used for small-scale studies at 1mL and production scales of 900L/h.
