About This Product
■Surge absorber KVA type with high ESD resistance
We have developed the KVA type surge absorber with low capacitance and high ESD resistance for electrostatic protection of high-speed signal lines. Furthermore, for automotive use, we have developed the KVA type N series surge absorber that complies with AEC-Q200 and satisfies the automotive ESD standard ISO10605. In addition, the KVA type N series is completely lead-free and halogen-free, making it an environmentally friendly design.
■Features
-Can be used on high-speed signal lines.
-Low capacitance (1,608 size: typical value 0.08pF).
・High ESD resistance (330pF, 330Ω & 2kV, contact discharge 20kV) and high insulation resistance.
- No polarity, protects circuits from bidirectional ESD.
・We have prepared an ultra-small 1608 (1.6 x 0.8 x 0.55mm).
- Ideal for automatic mounting with a chip placer.
- "Self-alignment" is possible with dimensional accuracy and symmetrical electrode structure suitable for high-density mounting.
・Soldering heat resistance satisfies 260℃ for 10 seconds and is compatible with both reflow and dipping.
・The tape carrier uses a press pocket mount to ensure high dimensional accuracy.
・Completely lead-free product.
・The KVA type N series is highly reliable and suitable for automotive component circuits.
