■Portable photoluminescence system
The EnSpectr L730® Emission Spectrometer Analyzer was developed as a high-performance, highly portable luminescence analyzer for measuring the optical properties of semiconductor heterostructures.
■Application to advanced research fields
The EnSpectr L730® uses state-of-the-art technology to suppress Rayleigh light using a low-noise 3,648-pixel linear array CCD detector while operating at room temperature. Additionally, it is equipped with a programmable onboard microcontroller to control the spectrometer and accessories with great flexibility. Built-in optics provide the highest possible performance in the GaAs and AIGaAs emission spectral range.
Depending on the multilayer structure, type and amount of impurities, accurate quantitative measurements, electron density and distribution can be determined within seconds. It can also be used for complex scientific studies in the fields of magnetic field emission and electroluminescence. In addition, for low-temperature luminescence measurements, the SMA connector allows easy connection to optical fiber. Data can be controlled intuitively via USB or Bluetooth.
■Application
Semiconductors, magnetoluminescence science, electroluminescence
