As a fluid transport sand pump, it has a structure that makes it easy to install in the middle of piping or in constricted areas. This pump is a pump that our engineers have minimized fluid friction loss and increased flow efficiency in every aspect, and it exhibits unparalleled power as a line sand pump. Of course, the impeller is made of high-chrome steel with an emphasis on wear resistance, which prevents a drop in efficiency and ensures no deterioration in performance over a long period of time even when pumping muddy water, slime, etc.
■SH type
This is a horizontal land-based sand pump developed for relay transfer of muddy water. We have demonstrated our track record and capabilities in a wide range of applications, including for pumping mud water using the shield construction method, and as a relay for long-distance transportation of stable fluids such as mud water plant line pumps. Since the impeller uses high chrome steel, the pump is designed with emphasis on wear resistance, and has low performance degradation even when used with muddy water stabilizer slime, etc., and has earned high reliability.
■SCN type
This model is ideal for transporting and draining solid materials, gravel, etc. as it has a low rotation motor and is highly wear resistant, and has a wide swirl chamber and wide impeller width to increase flow efficiency. This is a sand pump for muddy water propulsion method that allows flow rate control by combining with an inverter.
■SG type
This is a land-based sand pump for small-diameter muddy water construction.
■SE type
This is a land-based sand pump for high head.
■SGLT type
This is a land-based sand pump for suction.
■NSH type
