LPVR tracking solutions for virtual and augmented reality enable low-latency, responsive tracking in a wide variety of environments, providing users with a fully immersive experience.

■LPVR-POS

・Vehicle localization for augmented reality ・Supports outside-in (ART etc.) and inside-out tracking ・Works even in non-GPS compatible areas ・Compatible with HTC VIVE Pro 2, Varjo HMD, etc. Displaying in-vehicle AR content in a globally referenced coordinate system requires accurate knowledge of the car's pose in the world at high frame rates. Our LPVR-POS achieves this by combining two specialized sensor fusion algorithms. LPVR-POS is based on *FusionHub and integrates vehicle odometer, GPS, and IMU data with global location information and more. This is an application that can be applied in various fields such as localization of cars and robots. *FusionHub is a software application that combines multiple sensor data inputs to create more sophisticated information outputs. LPVR-POS combines odometry, GPS, and IMU data from the vehicle to calculate highly accurate, low-latency global localization information. GPS or RTK-GPS measurements alone can provide similar positioning accuracy, but the relatively low output frequencies of these systems require localization information at higher frame rates, such as positioning objects in augmented reality (AR) environments. It is not suitable for applications that require LPVR-POS additionally uses odometry (wheel speed, steering angle, etc.) information to interpolate localization data from GPS measurements, achieving a frame rate limited only by the IMU and odometry sampling rate. .
