About This Product

■SummaryLPVR-DUO is an in-vehicle AR/VR tracking system that fuses inertial measurement data using special predictive algorithms based on head motion models. Building on the technology we developed for our IMU sensors and large-scale VR tracking systems, we've created a complete motion tracking and rendering pipeline for virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) applications. LPVR middleware is a complete solution for AR/VR that allows headset manufacturers to easily create state-of-the-art visualization pipelines customized for their products.

The tracking backend of the LPVR middleware solution for VR and AR is particularly useful in that it flexibly combines multiple optical systems and inertial measurement units (IMUs) to enable combined position and orientation tracking. It's advanced. Specifically, this in-vehicle VR tracking system makes it possible to separate the movement of a user's head from the movement of the vehicle, such as a car or airplane, in which the user is riding.

With this system, the interior of the vehicle appears stationary to the user, and the scenery within the vehicle environment can move as the vehicle moves. When applying augmented reality and virtual reality applications in moving vehicles, this feature of LPVR-DUO is essential to provide users with an immersive experience.
